Empower Academy to Compete in Prestigious International Futsal Tournament in Orlando This Summer
We’re beyond excited to share some incredible news—Empower Academy will be competing in the largest international futsal tournament in the United States this summer!
This is a unique opportunity for our athletes to showcase their talent, build team spirit, and experience the thrill of high-level competition on a global stage.
About the Tournament
Hosted in Orlando, FL, the World Futsal Championships draws top futsal teams from across the country and beyond. This prestigious event is more than just a competition—it’s an unforgettable experience for every young player stepping onto the court.
Tournament Details:
•Dates: July 16th, 17th, and 18th
•Time: TBA (based on bracket/age group)
•Location: 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL
•Website: World Futsal Championships
•Participation: Open to all Empower Academy members
•Format: Each team will play 5–6 games with every team advancing to a championship bracket, regardless of group-stage results
Cost and Team Structure
The cost to participate is $155 per player, with a maximum of 9 players per team (1 goalkeeper + 8 field players).
This fee covers tournament registration and team coordination.
Available Teams by Birth Year:
•2007–2009 Boys (girls allowed)
•2010/2011 Boys (girls allowed)
Note: Teams will be formed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot.
